شرح نصب بادودكش دوجداره هم محور((coaxial
جهت نصب دستگاه بااين روش حتماً از دودكش و اتصالات دوجداره وكلاهكهاي استاندارد استفاده شود.
(1 سيستم دودكش بايد با اجزائ مناسب توصيه شده ازطرف كارخانه سازنده ، ویا محصولات دارای استاندارد در محل خود ثابت و محكم شود.
(2 حصول اطمينان از باز بودن مجاري خروج دوتامين هوا, اتصال كامل و صحيح قطعات باواشرهاي دودبند دودكش هاي مورد تاييد,بطوري كه در ضمن كارقطعات از هم جدا نشوند واتصالي كاملا دودبند ايجاد كنندالزامي است. مهار كردن مناسب مجموعه خروج دود وتامين هواي احتراق الزامي است.
(3 چنانچه طول دودكش معادل دستگاه گازسوز(مجموع طول هاي افقي وعمودي واندازه معادل زانوها)، تا
هواي آزاد، باتوجه به كاتالوك كارخانه سازنده كمتراز5متر باشد، استفاده از دودكش هاي دوجداره استاندارد هم محور( شکل 1 ) براي نصب دستگاه توصيه مي شود.
(4 براي محاسبه طول معادل دودكش. هر زانوي 90درجه معادل 1متر و هر زانوي 45درجه معادل 0/5 مترمحاسبه شود. چنانچه برخي سازندگان ارقام ديگري راپيشنهاد كرده باشند,ملاك نظركارخانه سازنده دستگاه است.
(5 دودكش هاي دوجداره هم محوربا درنظر گرفتن بندهاي 3و 4 به سه صورت افقي، عمودي يا افقي –عمودي قابل نصب هستند (شكل هاي 2 و 3)

لوله ها, اتصالات وكلاهك دودكش بايد ساخت كارخانه سازنده يا سازندگان مورد تاييد كارخانه سازنده باشد.
(7 دودكش افقي كواكسيال بايد با حداقل شيب منفي 3 ميلي متر به ازاي هرمتر از سمت دستگاه به طرف هواي آزاد نصب شود.
8 ) انتهاي دودكش در صورتيكه از نماهاي بيرون ساختمان خارج شود ، بايدحداقل 15سانتيمتربدون درنظرگرفتن طول كلاهك از نما فاصله داشته باشد.
9) درظرفيت هاي متعارف ,قطر لوله خارجي لوله هاي دوجدارهكواكسيال 10سانتيمتر و قطر لوله داخلي آن 6 سانتيمتر است. قطر محلي كه براي خروج لوله هاي (كواكسيال )هم محور از ساختمان در نظر مي گيرند بايد معادل 105ميليمتر باشد

پکیجهای دیواری فن دار مجهز به یک دودکش مخصوص دوجداره می باشد که جداره داخلی آن قطرش ۶ سانتیمتر می باشد و دود دستگاه از طریق این لوله به محیط بیرون تخلیه می گردد و جداره خارجی آن ۱۰ سانتیمتر می باشد.لوله ۶ سانتیمتر تخلیه دود در داخل قرار دارد و هوای تازه مورد نیاز جهت سوختن دردستگاه از طریق لوله10سانتیمتر وارد محفظه احتراق دستگاه می شود.
- هرگز نباید دودکش هم محوردوجداره کواکسیال مخصوص پکیج دیواری فن دار دستکاری و خارج از استاندارد شرکت نصب گردد.
- اگر طول لوله دودکش کمتر از ۱ متر باشد، باید از حلقه سایز ۸۰ میلیمتر استفاده شود و اگر بین ۱ تا ۱.5 متر باشد، باید از حلقه سایز ۷۵ میلیمتر استفاده نمود و زمانی که طول دودکش بیشتر از ۱.5 متر باشد، نیازی به استفاده از حلقه های کم کننده دبی نمی باشد(این حلقه ها جزو تجهیزات نصب پکیج می باشند).
- لوله دودکش دودکش هم محوردوجداره کواکسیال پکیج دیواری فن دار باید حتما به محیط آزاد بیرون از محل نصب دستگاه ارتباط داشته باشد تا دود ایجاد شده در دستگاه به محیط بیرون از منزل تخلیه گردد و هم هوای مورد نیاز پکیج دیواری از محیط بیرون از منزل مسکونی تامین گردد.
- Ø نهایت طول لوله دودکش پکیج دیواری فن دار ۴ متر افقی می باشد که به ازاء استفاده از هر زانو، ۱متر از ۴ متر طول لوله دودکش کم کی شود.
- Ø بخاطر اینکه قدرت مکش و دهش فن برای ۴ متر طراحی شده است، در مواردی که طول دودکش کم باشد بدلیل قدرت زیاد فن هوای ورودی به محفظه احتراق پکیج دیواری بیش از حد لازم می شود و باعث می شود که دستگاه براحتی و سریع روشن نشود و برای رفع این مشکل ۲ حلقه فلزی داخل پکیج موجود می باشد که سایز یکی ۷۵ میلیمتر و دیگری ۸۰ میلیمتر می باشد که برای کم کردن دبی هوای ورودی به محفظه احتراق می توان از آنها استفاده نمود
- Ø اگر در مواردی فاصله بین پکیج دیواری و پنجره یا دیوار خارجی بیشتر از اندازه طول لوله دودکش دوجداره موجود داخل کارتن باشد، یا نیاز به زانو باشد، باید حتما از لوله رابط و زانوی مخصوص دوجداره پکیج دیواری فن دار استفاده نمود.
- در محل هایی که دودکش مناسب وجود نداشته و یا دودکش موجود در ساختمان از کشش مناسبی برخوردار نباشد، باید حتما از پکیج دیواری فن دار استفاده شود.
- دودکش مخصوص دو جداره پکیج دیواری فن دار وظیفه تخلیه دود دستگاه به محیط بیرون و تامین هوای تازه مورد نیاز سوختن در دستگاه را از میحط بیرون بر عهده دارد و باید وارد محیط آزاد شود و هرگز نباید به داخل دودکش ساختمان متصل شود.
- هرگز نباید جداره بیرونی دودکش دوجداره پکیج دیواری فن دار را جدا نمود و از هوای محیط اطراف محل نصب دستگاه استفاده نمود.
- وجود کلاهک دودکش در انتهای لوله، جهت جلوگیری از ورود محصولات احتراق به داخل ساختمان الزامی است.

طبق قسمت الف بند ۱۴تعاریف مبحث ۱۷: دودکش ساخته شده در کارخانه :دودکشی که در کارخانه و مخصوص وسیله گاز سوز ساخته شده است.
2 -) طبق بند ۱۷-۷-۲-۱مبحث ۱۷ : کارگذارنده دستگاه گاز سوز باید آنرا مطابق با مشخصاتی که سازنده آنرا توصیه کرده، نصب کند و…
3 -) طبق بند ۱۷-۸-۱-۴مبحث ۱۷ : گازهای حاصل از احتراق دستگاه گاز سوز باید مطابق این مقررات و با رعایت دستورالعمل سازنده دستگاه،مستقیما و بدون برخورد با مانع، به هوای آزاد هدایت شود.
4 -)طبق بند الف پیوست ۳ ایمنی و ضوابط بهره برداری و نگهداری از سیستم لوله کشی گاز در مبحث ۱۷ : تامین هوای مورد نیاز برای احتراق و خروج محصولات احتراق کلیه وسایل گاز سوزی که در حدود شمول این مقررات ایمنی این مبحث قرار میگیرند، باید الزامات مبحث چهاردهم مقررات ملی ساختمان و آیین نامه طراحی و اجرای دودکش از انتشارات مرکز ساختمان و مسکن را رعایت نمایند.
تبصره همین بند :در طراحی ،نصب و راه اندازی دودکشهای وسایل گاز سوز باید به دستورالعمل سازنده محصول گازسوز استاندارد مراجعه شود.
5- )طبق تبصره ۵بند ۱۴-۱۱-۵-۲فصل دودکشهای مبحث ۱۴: دهانه خروجی انتهای دودکش دیگ آبگرم تیپ C که در ۱۴-۷-۳-۱ب آمده است،لازم نیست برروی پشت بام قرار گیرد ،دودکش فلزی این دیگ میتواند بصورت افقی از ساختمان خارج شده وتا چند سانتیمتر(مطابق توصیه سازنده) بسمت خارج ساختمان ادامه یابد.
6 -)طبق تبصره پ بند ۱۷-۷-۵-۱مبحث ۱۷: روشهای تامین هوا لازم برای احتراق و تهویه درموارد زیر بکار نمیرود.
دستگاههای گازسوزی که تمام هوای لازم برای احتراق آنها مستقیما از فضای خارج ساختمان تامین میشود و نیز تمام گازهای دودکش آنها در فضای خارج ساختمان آزاد گردد.
7 -)طبق بند ۱۷-3-2 مبحث ۱۷: در مورد ممنوعیت نصب وسایل گاز سوز گرمایشی در فصای داخلی ساختمان های عمومی و خاص بجز در مواردی که هوای مورد نیاز برای احتراق در دستگاه های محفظه احتراق بسته از بیرون ساختمان تامین میگردد
8 -)استاندارد ملی ایران برای دودکشهای فلزی به شماره (1-17388) و(2-17388) و(17389) می باشند

Description of installation with twin-wall coaxial flue

It is essential to ensure that the exit ducts of two air suppliers are open, the complete and correct connection of parts with approved smoke control system gaskets, so that the parts do not separate during operation and create a complete smoke control system. Proper restraint is required to allow smoke to escape and provide combustion air.
If the length of the flue equal to the gas-burner device (Total horizontal and vertical lengths and elbow-sized equivalent), up to the open air, is less than 5 meters, according to the manufacturer’s catalog, use of standard twin-wall coaxial flues (Figure 1) is recommended for the installation of device.
To calculate the equivalent length of the flue. Calculate each 90-degree elbow equal to 1 meter and each 45-degree elbow equal to 0.5 meters. If some manufacturers have suggested other cultivars, the criterion is the manufacturer’s opinion.
Twin-wall coaxial flue with taking into account paragraphs 3 and 4 can be installed in three forms: horizontal, vertical or horizontal-vertical. (Figures 2 and 3)
Pipes, fittings, and chimney pot must be manufactured by the producer company or the manufacturers approved by the original factory.
The horizontal coaxial flue should be installed with a minimum slope of -3 mm per meter from the side of the device to the open air.
The end of the flue should be at least 15 cm away from the facade, regardless of the length of the chimney pot, if it protrudes from the exterior of the building
In conventional capacities, the diameter of the outer tube of the twin-wall coaxial tube is 10 cm and the diameter of the inner tube is 6 cm. The diameter of the place where the coaxial tubes are intended to exit the building must be 105 mm.

The fan-assisted wall-mounted packages are equipped with a twin-wall flue with an inner wall with a diameter of 6 cm and the smoke of the device through this pipe is discharged to the outside environment and its outer wall is 10 cm. The 6 cm smoke discharge pipe is located inside and the required fresh air to burn in the device enters the combustion chamber through the 10 cm pipe.
The proper twin-wall coaxial flue for fan-assisted wall-mounted packages should never be tampered with and installed outside the company’s standard.
If the length of the flue is less than 1 meter, an 80 mm ring should be used, and if it is between 1 and 1.5 meters, a 75 mm ring should be used, and when the length of the flue is more than 1.5 meters, There is no need to use flow reduction rings (these rings are part of the wall-mounted packages installation equipment).
The twin-wall coaxial flue pipe for fan-assisted wall-mounted packages must be connected to the outdoor environment of the installation location so that the smoke generated from the combustion is discharged to the outdoor environment and also the air required by the wall-mounted package is provided from outside.
The maximum length of the fan-assisted wall-mounted package flue pipe is 4-meters horizontally, which for each elbow use, reduces the length of the flue pipe by 1 meter from 4 meters.
Because of the suction and blowing power of the fan, it is designed for 4-meters, in cases where the length of the flue is low, due to the high power of the fan, inlet air to the combustion chamber, becomes too much and makes the device not turn on easily and quickly. To solve this problem, there are two metal rings inside the wall-mounted package. One of them is 75 mm in size and the other is 80 mm, which can be used to reduce the flow of air entering the combustion chamber.
If in some cases the distance between the wall-mounted package and the window or external wall is greater than the length of the twin-wall flue pipe inside the carton or requires an elbow, you must use the wall-mounted package’s special connecting tube and twin-wall elbow.
In places where there is no suitable flue or the flue in the building does not have proper traction, a fan-assisted wall-mounted package must be used.
The especial twin-wall flue of the fan-assisted wall-mounted package is appropriate for discharging the smoke of the device to the outside environment and providing the fresh air needed for burning in the device from the outside and must enter the free environment and should never be connected to the inside of the building’s flue.
The outer wall of a twin-wall flue in fan-assisted wall-mounted packages should never be detached and the air around the installation location should not be used.
The presence of a chimney pot at the end of the pipe is necessary to prevent combustion products from entering the building.
